La Linotte

La linotte is a beautifully restored two storey villa with a south facing balcony.

The accommodation comprises a main bedroom with double bed and fully tiled ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom has twin beds and is next door to the luxurious bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

On the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen/dining room complete with washing machine, large fridge, toaster, coffee percolator, microwave etc. There is a plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery and glassware.

In the lounge, which has french door access to the balcony, there is a TV with dvd/video player. There is also a comfortable studio couch which will sleep two, making this a 4/6 person villa.

At the front of the villa is a private patio with table, chairs and umberella for al fresco wining and dining. it overlooks the swimming pool and beyond it, fields & woodlands and the valley.
